Valerie Susan Jones
Passed away peacefully at the Royal Berkshire Hospital on 27th November 2020, aged 73.
She was a much loved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
There will be a private funeral service and donations in memory of Valerie can be made to PSP Association
