Pat's family invite you to the Service of Thanksgiving for
her life at Park United Reformed Church Reading, Palmer Park Ave, Reading RG6 1DN. The service is on Tuesday 10th March at 1:30pm. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the church halls. Family
flowers only please, and donations to Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice.
Please feel free to wear smart-casual clothes if you wish. The family
thank everyone for their support and kindness during this time.
The family will be having a private committal before the service.
