Doug was one of the first Mitel staff I met back in 1991 as a trainee and was patient, helpful and encouraging from day one and always there to provide help. However the thing I will always remember about Doug. Is anytime he didn't know anything and needed help himself, He spent the time to learn and understand so he could help others in future. I'm so glad he got to see our boys lift the title again too. YNWA
