Delivery and returns
Yes, you can still place an order with us. Delivery will be made to one of our AB Walker branches and collection will be from there only.
Delivery times from our suppliers to us are usually within 4-5 working days from the order date. Bespoke items such as fingerprint items, usually take 4 – 6 weeks from the order date. Once we have received the item we will let you know so that you can collect it from your local branch,
If the item you want is not available, we will check with our supplier if there is a suitable alternative, or when the item will be back in stock.
Ordering items such as urns can be emotional and difficult, and we realise that people can change their mind. If the item has not been used and is not bespoke, we would be happy to cancel your order. If you have ordered bespoke items such as fingerprint jewellery, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel this order. This is due to these being individualised items.
Currently, we only offer collection from one of our branches. You can choose which branch to collect from.
We check all items when we receive them. If you find fault, providing the item is unused and in a re-sellable condition, we will return this to our supplier, and issue a refund.
