What It’s Like Working at AB Walker
Our team is built on kindness, support and genuine care for the families we serve. And who better to describe the role than the people who already do it?
Anna – Funeral Arranger
“I became a funeral arranger after AB Walker looked after my own mum’s funeral. I was so impressed with the impeccable service we received from start to finish. Everything seemed to happen as if by magic, which made a difficult period so much easier.
I decided I wanted to work for a company that took such pride in its service and aligned with my own values and commitment to serving the community.”
Kate – Funeral Arranger
“I was looking for a job where I could use my administration skills to help people, and I found the team at AB Walker welcoming, friendly and professional. It’s a privilege to spend my workdays being there for clients at a really difficult time in their lives.”
Emily- Funeral Arranger
“I became a funeral arranger after sadly losing my dad suddenly in July of 2020 and my grandad in December of 2020. I had to arrange my dad’s funeral, but I really had no idea what I was doing or where to even begin. The support of the team at AB Walker helped me through and the service was amazing. When it came to my grandad’s funeral, I helped my family arrange it all and guided them through every step. After this, I very quickly realised that I wanted to help and support families the way I was throughout 2020. Being a funeral arranger is something I’m incredibly proud of”.
