Alice, it's been too long but I will never forget all the laughs and adventures we had as we grew up together, figuring out life and navigating being teenagers. The manic evenings where we descended into giggles and didn't even know what we were laughing at! You were always so driven, determined and intelligent. I could never match your sporting skills but we would still spend hours playing tennis in the road or on scooters around the neighbourhood. Jules and I were reminiscing about our post-exam adventures and how you and I couldn't stop laughing to give directions. At one point I think we sent her round the same roundabout about 5 times! I hold on to these memories and so many more as I think of you and your family. The world has dimmed a little without you lighting it up. Love you always Alice; rest in peace.

Alice was a unique and special friend and her character was intelligent and always curious and lively, with many facets and interests. I am deeply saddened to learn about her passing. I will treasure our memories of growing up through school and college and of navigating our teens and early adulthood together. In particular I will remember her youthful spirit, her love of animals and nature - especially monkeys! - sports, language, literature, beach trips, camping, pancakes and vacuum flask-sized hot chocolates which we took out after dark to the bench at the end of All Hallows Road. We had a lot of adventures and big belly laughs together. I am so sorry life has not been fair to her. I hope she finds peace and joy as she rests. My thoughts remain with her family and friends including Carol, Peter and James and his family xx

I went to primary school with Alice and I remember her as one of the most loyal, lively and energetic of my friends. Although we went to different secondary schools and didn't see much of each other since, our friendship left a lasting impression on me. I will never forget how she stood up for me once in front of a school bully, doing it with great humor! My thoughts go to her family and friends x

Alice, I will always remember you as my childhood best friend. The one who shared my ridiculous sense of humour. The girl with the most beautiful blondest hair and the kindest heart. The person who was there for me at some of the lowest points in my life and still found a way to make me laugh. We made the best memories together, having sleepovers in your treehouse, silly nicknames for each other, making pancakes together and riding our bikes in the summer holidays. Life took us in different directions but we would always catch up and spend hours on the phone talking about anything and everything like we'd never been apart. I can't believe we won't be able to have one last catch up. You will be sorely missed by so many. Sending my love and thoughts to Alice's family at this difficult time, I am so sorry for your loss.

I knew Alice from my year group at Chiltern Edge School & we shared many classes & lunchtimes together. She spent time with our friends at my house growing up & we kept in contact occasionally as adults. It was a real pleasure to bump into her in Reading town & catch up from time to time. She was such a lovely person & a joy to be around. My thoughts go out to her family & friends. Such a positive & gentle soul lost but never forgotten.

Alice, I can't quite believe you're gone. Thank you for all the happy memories: the Monday nights at Pavs, the college house parties, the kickabouts in the park. You were an irreplaceable part of our little group and I'll never forget you. My heart goes out to your family. I hope these messages show just how much you meant to the people who knew you and provide some small comfort at such a difficult time.
