Clare Elizabeth Holden
Passed away on 05 November 2025, aged 54 years.
In lieu of flowers Clare's family would really appreciate your donations to Florence Nightingale Hospice, Stoke Mandeville, where Clare received exemplary care during the last week of her life. The nurses and doctors worked tirelessly to attend to all of Clare's needs, and we want to help them in any way we can, and with whatever they need for future
in-patients.
