Where can a memorial firework display take place?
Displays can be held at many private venues, farms, country estates and suitable outdoor locations. Permission from the landowner is required, and the site must provide sufficient space to allow the display to be carried out safely.
How much of the ashes are used?
The amount depends on the package you choose. Some displays incorporate up to 200 grams of ashes, while larger packages can respectfully incorporate all of your loved one’s ashes.
Are the firework displays safe?
Yes. Heavenly Stars Fireworks uses CE-certified fireworks and provides comprehensive safety guidance with every order. A minimum spectator distance of 25 metres is recommended for Category 3 fireworks, and all instructions should be followed carefully.
What happens if it rains?
The displays can generally still go ahead in wet weather. Fireworks are designed to perform in the rain when prepared correctly, although severe weather or high winds may require the display to be postponed for safety.
What happens to the ashes?
The ashes are carefully and respectfully incorporated throughout the firework during manufacture and are released into the air as each effect bursts, creating a beautiful memorial tribute.
Can family members set off the fireworks?
Yes. Many of the tribute fireworks are designed as self-fire displays for private family use and are supplied with full safety instructions. Alternatively, families may choose to arrange a professionally fired display.
Can the display be personalised?
Many families choose to play a favourite piece of music, share memories or readings before the display, or hold the fireworks on a meaningful date such as a birthday, anniversary or celebration of life gathering.
How are the ashes identified?
Every order is given a unique tracking reference throughout the manufacturing process. Heavenly Stars Fireworks also provides a Certificate of Authenticity, giving families confidence that the correct ashes have been respectfully incorporated into the display.
