The Link bereavement course

We created our Link group bereavement course to help you investigate the feelings of loss and bereavement and share experiences with others to help normalise feelings.

The course is free for anyone who has experienced loss and consists of six weekly group sessions run by trained facilitators. Learn more about the course and if it could help you.
